1. Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms are used with specific meanings throughout this document:

• "Platform" — The 46kbd website (46kbd.lat) and all its associated services.
• "User" or "You" — Any person who accesses the platform or opens an account.
• "Account" — A user's registered personal profile on the platform.
• "Bonus" — Any welcome bonus, cashback, or other promotional offer provided by 46kbd.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The obligation to place bets a specified number of times before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "Transaction" — Any deposit, withdrawal, or other financial activity.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account or use the services on 46kbd, you must be 21 years of age or older. No account may be opened on behalf of a minor, and any such attempt, if detected, will result in the immediate closure of the relevant account.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — including name, date of birth, address, and contact details — must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. 46kbd reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account where false or incorrect information is provided.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If a single person creates multiple accounts, or if multiple accounts are operated from the same device, IP address, or payment method, this will be treated as bonus abuse and all associated accounts may be cancelled.

2.4 Account Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential. Any unauthorized access to the account must be reported to 46kbd immediately. 46kbd is not liable for any loss resulting from third-party use of an account.

3. Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

46kbd currently supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

3.2 Minimum Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for all methods).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. This may take a little longer while a verification process is underway.

3.4 Verification (KYC)

Before processing a withdrawal, 46kbd may request a copy of a national ID card or passport and proof of payment method for identity verification. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until this verification process is complete.

3.5 Deposit Currency

All transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 46kbd does not bear any currency risk arising from conversion.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. To withdraw funds using this bonus, a wagering requirement of 20 times the total amount (deposit + bonus) must be met.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses apply only to eligible users and must be used within a specified time period.
• A new bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is active, unless 46kbd grants separate permission.
• A maximum bet limit may apply to wagers placed using bonus funds.
• If the original deposit amount is withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus may be cancelled.
• If fraudulent activity in connection with a bonus is proven, the bonus will be forfeited.

4.3 VIP Program

Regular players can participate in 46kbd's VIP program across three tiers:

• Bronze — Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver — Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Gold — Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

Users can advance to higher tiers through consistent active participation. 46kbd reserves the right to change the criteria for VIP tiers.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

46kbd believes in a "Fair Play" policy. If any user attempts to gain an unfair advantage by exploiting software errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities, any associated winnings will be considered void and the account may be closed.

5.2 Right to Cancel Bets

In the event of a technical error, incorrectly displayed odds, or an unforeseen circumstance, 46kbd reserves the right to cancel any bet or refund the deposited amount. In such cases, the decision will be considered final.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

• Placing opposing bets on both sides of the same event ("arbitrage betting").
• Using bots or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

6. Responsible Gaming

46kbd is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be for entertainment purposes only, and never as a way to solve financial problems.

11. Dispute Resolution
